Are you feeling unmotivated and uninspired ?
If so, here are some simple methods
to get your painting flowing again
(Have a try: 7 methods in 7 days !)

If you are one of the many people out there who are having trouble getting inspired and motivated again with your paintings… join the club!

Firstly, I want you to know that you are not alone. Pretty much every amateur or professional I speak with is having the same problem. If there is a common ground spanning all artistic techniques, that we can all relate to, I think it would be those frustrating moments of artistic paralysis. It is nothing new, and it will happen to us all again sometime in the future. What is important is not the fact that you may feel frustrated or stuck, the main issue is what are you doing about it?

There are many ways to boost your inspiration and motivation to paint. Most artists have developed methods that work for them over their careers, as this is a reoccurring problem for most of us. I thought drawing attention to this subject could help those of you who have not yet found the method that suits you and allows you to bounce back after a break in painting.

So, let’s break this down and see if there is something that resonates with you and enables you to get passed the distractions and back into action!
