How to participate in Janine's ZOOM meetings

  • Click on the "Join meeting" link in the email invitation

    Once you click on the link, your web browser will display a pop-up window that prompts you to open or download the Zoom application.   

    • In the pop-up window, click on "Launch Meeting". (see image below)

  • Click on the "Join from your browser" link which is located at the very bottom of the page. This will grant you access to the LIVE event (see image below)

  •  Once you have joined the meeting, in the pop-up window at the top left of the screen, click on "Authorize" to grant Zoom permission to access your microphone and camera.

  •  In the "Your Name" field, enter your name.

  • (Optional) Check the "Remember my name for future meetings" box.

  •  Click "Join". You will then join the meeting as a guest.

  • Remember to join the meeting 5 to 10 minutes before the start time.

  • IMPORTANT: In order for the meeting to run smoothly, all microphones are turned off when you join the meeting. To ask questions at the end of the meeting, move your mouse down to the bottom of your screen and the "chat" menu will appear. A "Chat" will appear on the right side of your screen, so you can ask your questions and Janine will answer them at the end of the session.

  • If you wish to paint along with me, have your material ready.
